8-Steps to Happiness:

In this series, based on Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s book Eight Steps to Happiness, we will look at how to train the mind in Learning to cherish others. The more capable we are of opening our hearts to others, the more a natural happiness will arise inside. We will learn the tried and tested step-by-step Buddhist methods for bringing about a transformation of the heart.
